  • Telephony & voice: Enhance existing telephony with intelligent support, with connection of analogue and VoIP-based systems as well as voice processing with focus on Swiss dialects and multilingual communication.
  • Knowledge & context: Make company and industry knowledge available where questions arise. An expandable knowledge repository should provide verified information and tailor answers to the respective business.
  • Consulting & sales: Support staff in direct customer contact, with assistance during phone calls and tablet support for product information, pricing logic and suitable conversation prompts.

The concept combines hardware, voice processing and a company-specific knowledge base. Swiss infrastructure and the language model Apetus, designed for local language patterns, are components of the planned architecture.

Our development goal is a solution that fits into existing communication structures and becomes usable without unnecessary technical hurdles.

In development. With a view to application

HOI is in development. Planning includes the further development of hardware and voice model, the expansion of infrastructure and preparation for deployment in Swiss companies. A later expansion to Germany and Austria is planned.

The applications described show the direction of development. They are not an assurance of an already available scope of functions.
